We invite you to join a 4-minute-meditation every first Saturday of the month on a topic that we believe is universal to all of us on this planet.

Mastery and change lie within ourselves. The meditation helps us grow this awareness and start living by it.

How it works

We connect through intent via the Field with each other and with Mother Earth.

The format

The 4-minute-meditation is an offline event. There is no website to sign up to, no group to join and no meeting rooms to enter.

The place

You can join the meditation wherever you are. Simply pause, make yourself comfortable and participate alone or with friends.

The time

The time was chosen to enable as many of us as possible worldwide to participate. If you cannot join at the exact time due to your time zone, just set your intent before going to sleep.

The meditation flow

Preparing

Before you start the meditation, make yourself comfortable. Breathe in and out calmly a couple of times.

Sending energy

In minute 1 + 2 imagine sending out the energy of the topic of the day. This can be to one person, to a specific group of people, or to everybody / everything on the planet, or a combination of all.

Receiving energy

In minute 3 + 4 allow yourself to receive and basket in the energy that was shared.

Leaving

The meditation is done, thank you for joining. Continue to experience the energy as you return to your daily life.

Some suggestions

Technique and Style

Choose the meditation technique and style you like (lying, sitting, standing, walking).

Focus

Allow yourself not to be distracted during the meditation.

Heart over brain

Use your feelings rather than your intellect. For example, focus on how you feel if there is peace in your life, rather than make a to-do-list of actions to achieve it.
